🔔 Day Use Rules & Policies
Identification
Upon check-in, you will receive a colored identification wristband. It is important to keep it on your wrist until your check-out. With this wristband, you will have full access to the rooftop amenities on the 7th floor and the restaurant located on the ground floor (Floor 0). All other areas are exclusively reserved for overnight hotel guests.
Food & Beverage
To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, coolers and outside food or drinks not purchased from our restaurant are not permitted. We offer a curated menu of snacks and appetizers that can be enjoyed in the rooftop area. For lunch or dinner, please visit the Pelicano Restaurant on the ground floor (Floor 0). Deliveries from iFood or similar services are not authorized.
Pelicano Restaurant
The Pelicano Restaurant is available to provide full meals, cold beverages, and snacks. The menu can be accessed via QR-CODE, and orders should be placed by dialing extension 109.
⏰ Hours & Access
Hours: Check-in is available from 10:00 AM, and check-out is until 6:00 PM on the same day. Early arrivals or extensions are not permitted. Once checked in, guests may not leave the hotel premises and return.
Swimming Pool: Access is permitted from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Food and beverage consumption is not allowed at the poolside edge.
Sauna: Available starting at 5:00 PM. Access must be requested at the front desk at least 30 minutes in advance.
Fitness Studio: Open from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Access must be scheduled at the front desk.
SPA: Hours and rates are available upon request.
Pets: We do not accommodate pets.
Designated Smoking Area: We provide a designated smoking area located on the 7th floor, directly in front of the elevator doors. The use of tobacco products or electronic cigarettes is strictly limited to this location. Violations are subject to a fine of R$ 210.00.
Towels & Parking: Pool towels are not included in the Day Use pass, and parking services are not part of the package.
Important Notes
Walking through guest room corridors is strictly prohibited.
Day Use passes do not include the use of guest rooms; they provide access to the rooftop amenities only.
All food and beverage consumption must take place in the rooftop area.
SPA services are not included in the Day Use pass rate and must be booked in advance.
Full payment for the Day Use pass must be made upon arrival.
We do not provide pool towels or personal care items.
Children are permitted in the pool area only under strict adult supervision.
Reservations are subject to hotel availability.
