Regras do Day Use

Identification
When you check in, you will receive a colored identification bracelet. It is important to keep it on your wrist until check out. With the bracelet, you will have access to the rooftop facilities on the 7th floor and the restaurant located on the ground floor. The other areas are exclusive to hotel guests.

 

Food
To ensure a pleasant experience, it is not permitted to bring coolers or consume food from outside our restaurant. We have a special menu of snacks and appetizers that can be enjoyed on the rooftop area. For lunch or dinner, head to Pelicano Restaurant on the ground floor. Delivery is not permitted.

 

Pelicano Restaurant
Pelicano Restaurant is available to offer meals, cold drinks and snacks. The menu can be accessed via QR-CODE, and orders should be placed by dialing extension 109.

General Rules

  • Check-in times: Check-in is after 10am and check-out is until 6pm on the same day. It is not possible to bring forward or extend these times. After check-in, the guest cannot leave the hotel and return.
  • Swimming pool: Access from 10am to 6pm. Eating food is not permitted near the pool.
  • Sauna: Available from 4pm to 6pm, upon request at reception at least 30 minutes in advance.
  • Fitness Center: Open from 10am to 6pm, with appointment at reception.
  • SPA: Opening hours and prices on request.
  • Animals: We do not accept pets.
  • Smoking Area: We have a smoking area located on the 7th floor in front of the elevator door. Smoking of tobacco or electronic cigarettes is only permitted in this area. In case of violation, a fine of R$210.00 will be applied.
  • Towels and Parking: Towels are not included in the day use, and parking is not part of the package.

Important Notes:

  • It is forbidden to walk around the room corridors.
  • Daily rates do not include use of the rooms, only access to the rooftop.
  • All consumption must be made on the rooftop.
  • SPA services are not included in the day use rate and must be booked in advance.
  • Payment for the daily rate must be made in full upon arrival.
  • We do not provide towels or personal items.
  • Children are only allowed in the pool with adult supervision.
  • Reservations are subject to hotel availability.
